Any leather cosplay gear is eligible. That includes holsters, belts, whip holders, bag straps, satchels, and similar items. All fandoms and genres are welcome—not just Indiana Jones–inspired gear.

Your gear may be:

• Refurbished and offered as a lower-cost option for future cosplayers

• Passed along or donated to first-time cosplayers

• Retired respectfully if it’s beyond practical use

Nothing is wasted or mishandled—each piece is evaluated with care.

Trade-in items are never disassembled, traced, or used to copy another maker’s patterns. Original makers are respected, and when the maker is known, they are credited appropriately. This program exists to preserve gear, not replicate it.

Trade-in credit is determined case by case and is based on:

• Overall condition

• Materials used

• Craftsmanship

• Whether the piece is handmade, legacy, or mass-produced

Well-made, higher-quality gear will receive more credit than low-quality or mass-produced items.
